The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1982, was renovated in 2016, and is furnished in a typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. A charging station for electric cars is available.

Grebaštica, district of Galešnica, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. 52 sqm and terrace 12 sqm. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.

Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on seating area (suitable for under 11 years) and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Bedroom (11 sqm) with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchen in the open-plan kitchen (3 sqm) with dining area, electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, fridge (70 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. 2 bathrooms each (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
