The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1980, renovated in 2001 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water. For common use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility and fire place. Electric charging station for cars, Orbitreck. Washing machine and iron on request. Boat mooring on a buoy in front of the house is free on request.

Grebaštica. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Bicycle paths from Grebaštica to Primošten in the length of about 31.5 km.

Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed and safe. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Storeroom. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
