The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2001, and is furnished in the typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny waterside location. Available for shared use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. A charging station for electric cars is available.

Grebaštica. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Kitchen in the living kitchen with gas hob, electric hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Storage room. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Baby cot (please order when booking), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
