The holiday apartment renovated in 2018 and is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

Grebaštica, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Outdoor pool (heatable, 4,5 m x 9,5 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). Children's pool (paddling pool, 2,2 m x 2,2 m, depth 0,80 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of April to mid of October.

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (8 sqm) with dining area (8 seats), access to the terrace, gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm) with with shower facility, 1 sink and window. Bathroom (8 sqm) with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window. Separate toilet (4 sqm) with 1 sink, WC and window.
