Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2002, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for use: garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard. A charging station for electric cars is available.

Grebaštica. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed property with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. The house is 10 m from the sandy beach, there are trees and shade, no waves and wind, the bay. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (60 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (2 sqm) with 1 washbasin and toilet.
