The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1980, renovated in 2002 and is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, fire place and court. Electric charging station for cars, Orbitreck. Washing machine and iron on request. Boat mooring at buoy free of charge on request.

Grebaštica. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, closed plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The house is 10 m from the sandy beach, there are trees and shade, no waves and wind, the bay The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds and access to the terrace (8 sqm, covered, garden furniture, parasol). Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (60 l, icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 sink and WC.
