The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 2000, was renovated in 2014, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to the sea view from the property and its sunny location. For shared use are available: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hammock swing, and courtyard.

Grebaštica, 10 m above sea level. The studio is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, electric hob (2 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower fittings, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

very nice house with well-kept garden is not the direct surroundings are very inviting because many half-finished houses. The owner was very nice, unfortunately, we were able to communicate poorly.
the room is very small but if nice weather would have been we would have needed only to sleep but unfortunately we only had 1schönen sunny day so we had to because of weather schlechem 2days earlier heim.mfg

Our apartment was great! The pool area and the garden was a dream and the location is ideal, less than 5 minutes to the beach or to the restaurants, bars and shops. In addition, the landlords have a bar with great cocktails at fair prices and a boat rental where you can also rent license-free boats at fair prices
