The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2002, and is furnished in a modern, typical local style and in a practical manner. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet and sunny waterfront location. The following are available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. A charging station for electric cars is available.

Grebaštica, 5 m a.s.l. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. 72 sqm + terrace 23 sqm. The sandy beach is surrounded by trees and offers shade, ideal for small children. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is an EV charging station on the property.

Kitchen (12 sqm) with dining area, gas hob, electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (80 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower facility, shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate WC (2 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: babycot, internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Baby cot (please order when booking), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
