The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2015 and is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (5 sqm) with with shower facility, washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with TV, (6 seats), gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine.
