Description
The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2015 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. The following are available for shared use: parasol, sunlounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard.
Location
Grebaštica, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-April to mid-October, 4.5 m x 9.5 m, 1.5 m deep).

Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (12 sqm, covered, 1 table, 6 chairs). Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower facilities, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with TV, (6 seats), gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine.
