The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, and courtyard.

Grebaštica, 10 m ASL. The holiday apartment is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-April to mid-October, 4.5 m x 9.5 m, 1.5 m deep).

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (8 sqm) with dining area (8 seats), gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower facility, 1 washbasin and window. Bathroom (8 sqm) with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate WC (4 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
