Description

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1985, renovated in 2017 and is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a busy environment. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Seline. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The cozy atmosphere, proximity to the beach, a large garden and the view of the Paklenica National Park make this property a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Eat-in kitchen (15 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on double sofa bed, 1 cot, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (6 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen (6 sqm, walk-through room) with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), fridge (100 l, icebox), microwave, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Included in the price: internet access, registration fee, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, barbecue, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access, hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
