The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1985, renovated in 2017 and is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a busy environment. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Seline. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property, the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 5 m).

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom (7 sqm, walk-through room) with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), fridge (100 l, icebox), microwave, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC. Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
