The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a busy environment, in a residential area, on the outskirts. Seline. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm, open garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and leads over 5 stages and the 35 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. In the middle of the vestibule are stairs that lead you into a room that resembles a tavern.
There is a wooden table and benches in it. The air conditioning is located in the anteroom.
Eat-in kitchen (20 sqm) with 1 additional bed on double sofa bed, sitting area and TV. 2 bedrooms each (14 sqm) with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen (6 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave and electric kettle. Hallway in the hallway (10 sqm). Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
