The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1982, renovated in 2012 and is functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The balcony faces south, overlooking the garden, or east, overlooking the neighboring property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (5 sqm) with with shower facility, shower, 1 sink and WC. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove and fridge.
