The standig individually holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2013 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit and grill possibility.

Vela Luka. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Near the house the owner has its own olive grove and organized in October and November olive harvest. The house is located in the small bay Stračinčica. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 1300 m). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

The landlords were very friendly & have on the first day even cooked for us (typical Croatian dishes).
The house is situated in a very quiet location.
The sea was very clear & perfect for swimming, diving or snorkeling.
