Description

The detached holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2013, is functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, sun lounger, children’s playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace and courtyard.

Location
Vela Luka. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 1300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via cable.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Distances
Shopping 6 km, restaurant 2 km, town centre 6 km. Airport in Split 110 m. Vela Luka: indoor swimming pool 5 km and sauna, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 6 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 20 m in Strašinčica Bay (beach 20 m in Strašinčica Bay with sand, pebbles, stones and rocks). Mooring in Strašinčica Bay 30 m. Tennis, diving, boat hire each 6 km in Vela Luka. The beach is reached via 44 stone steps.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor and leads via the 32 sqm terrace. Living kitchen (walk-through room) with TV, DVD player, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace. Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, sunloungers, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff. On request: boat dock 10 € per boat per day. dinner 15 € per person per day.

The landlords were very friendly & have on the first day even cooked for us (typical Croatian dishes).
The house is situated in a very quiet location.
The sea was very clear & perfect for swimming, diving or snorkeling.
