Description

The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house and is furnished in the typical local style. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: garden shower and barbecue facilities.

Location
Okrug Gornji, district Mavarštica. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment DAL CIO 074 (4 people) is located in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 1000 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 60 m in Okrug Gornji (beach 60 m in Okrug Gornji with bathing platforms). Okrug Gornji: tennis 1500 m and diving 700 m. Pebble beach 200 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor
and leads directly into the hallway with a wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Dining room with TV, dining area (4 seats), access to the balcony (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, parasol) and with sea view. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with (2 burners), electric cooker (2 hobs), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, hand towels, Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day. washing machine 5 € per stage of washing programme based on usage.
