The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment DAL CIO 074 (4 persons) located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (together with dining room). Kitchen with (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day. washing machine 5 € per stage of washing programme based on usage.
