The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, terrace and garden furniture. Lounge with dining area, summer terrace. The garage can also be used as a storage area for bicycles and skis.
Location
Herlíkovice/Vrchlabi, 650 m a.s.l. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Please note that you must bring slippers; shoes are not allowed in the building. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 200 m). Parking in a garage and in a car park in the village (distance 200 m). Garage for 1 car. In summer, 1 car can park in front of the house. In winter, there is a car park 50 m from the house and further parking 200 m from the house. If customers arrive with several cars or the car is larger, you must park in the central car park. Parking in the garage with snow chains is not allowed.
