Holiday house with 40 m² heated indoor pool , sauna , as well as a west terrace and south terrace with seating invites you to a relaxing holiday. Pets are welcome.

The entire furnishing of the house was made with regard to the highest requirements. Everywhere quality has been taken into account. There is underfloor heating at the swimming pool and in the bathroom. The large south-facing terrace invites you to be outside on sunny days. Here you can have fun with a barbecue and a place for a campfire. In winter, there are very good skiing and snowboarding opportunities in the area. The house is close to the chairlift, you can reach the house as well as the chairlift directly on skis from the slope.
This holiday home is very suitable for 2 families who like to come along for a holiday, each family has its complete privacy and yet they can all meet together - by the pool, by the fireplace or outside in the terrace, but ideal is also for a larger family.
For your health: Indoor pool: water disinfection by electrolytic salt water chlorination - gentle on your skin and does not cause allergies and does not stink like ordinary chlorine disinfection. Allows always crystal clear water and higher constant water temperature of 28-29oC. You will feel like you are in the spa.

The climatic health resort in the Giant Mountains, that is the municipality of Benecko about 700 - 900 m above sea level. Unique views and the stay in the nature - in the middle of the Giant Mountains National Park. Thanks to its unique location, the village of Benecko is above the smog line in the valleys for most of the year, which ensures not only pure and fragrant mountain air, but also the largest number of sunny days in the whole republic per year. Large house with a great pool on the ground floor.
We were 6 people and a dog staying at the house for a week in April 2024.
The ground floor, after the entrance area, has a large pool room with a sauna, shower, and toilet. The room is always heated to 31 degrees and the pool to 29 degrees. Various rattan loungers are available. Different lighting options, including in the pool, can be set. Tiled with natural stone. High-quality wooden windows, and the terrace door leads to outdoor seating. The pool can be covered electrically for energy-saving purposes. Everything is super clean and very inviting. This room alone is worth the trip.
From the 1st floor, accessible via the wooden staircase, the main part of the house starts. A large kitchen-living room with a fireplace in the living room, where Santa Claus could comfortably fit through. Due to the old wooden furniture, everything looks quite rustic, which adds a certain charm. A large bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as 3 bedrooms, are also on this 1st floor. Opaque curtains ensure darkness at the many windows. Very good quality and cleanliness.
On the 2nd floor, again through the staircase, there is a separate apartment with a living-kitchen, living room with a billiard table, couch, and TV (tuned to German channels). A large bathroom again with a tub and a bedroom. In the 2nd floor, the stove is electric and on the 1st floor, it's gas. The WiFi also works great, and the speed is completely okay. Vodafone.cz worked well for connectivity on the go. Overall, a highly recommended house. A small shop with bread and essentials is within walking distance. Otherwise, supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away. It is recommended to exchange crowns with the landlord and return the rest; do not try to pay with Euros.

Simply great!
We (a large family plus two dogs) stayed at the mountain pool house for vacation. Communication with Mr. Lepic before arrival was extremely uncomplicated. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was explained and shown to us. The stay was more than relaxed and highly recommended. The cleanliness was perfect, including the option to order clean towels and bed linen for a small fee. The stay is definitely recommended! :-)

Great accommodation
Super house, great location on the ski slope, lots of space, clean, pool and sauna to relax in. The landlord is very friendly and can be strongly recommended.

Perfect holiday home for a family holiday
We have been guests in this beautiful holiday home several times now. Both in summer and winter, the location is perfect for activities.
You can ski to the slopes in 5 minutes and in summer you can start great hikes directly from the house.
From booking to the end of the holiday, the contact with the landlord is always great. The house itself lacks nothing. The large kitchen and the living room invite you to a cosy get-together. The many bedrooms also offer a place to retreat. In summer, you can barbecue on the terrace and have plenty of space. The pool room with sauna is a highlight for the whole family. The pool liner has just been renewed so that it now looks even more elegant and cosy. Thanks to its own double garage, a secure parking space is also provided.

Dangerous situation in winter
A house that cannot really be described as a luxury house with a pool and sauna. The heating cannot be turned off and runs at full power 24/7. This leads to an extreme additional cost in the utility bill. In case of snow and rain, no salt is provided in the house, so one must risk their life to leave the house or access the public street. The owner did not want to admit that it was not a private but a public path. However, no other option/path could be found. Unless a helicopter is in close proximity.
If you are planning to rent the house in winter, please clarify this with the owner beforehand. Salt for de-icing must be available. It was impossible to leave the house without slipping. Headaches and bruises had to be accepted by us. By the way, at the handover, a 5-year-old child fell on the ice in front of the owner and got injured. Not even that was enough for them to show any understanding. Another note, the owner's female companion was extremely unfriendly. The guests weren't even greeted during the handover (departure) of the house.

Es ist witzig , dass gerade Herr Max Wegert, der nicht die ihm im voraus bekannten Mietregeln einhält, hat die Frechheit (Entschulding für diese Wort) uns zu bewerten...
Nach der Anreise habe ich ihn darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass der Weg zum Haus ist nur für Fußgänger bestimmt, aber er hat das nicht respektiert und mit seinem SUV ist er bis zum Haus hoch gefahren. Der Resultat war, dass dieser Gehweg zerfahrt wurde und später auch zugefroren ist. Bei der Abfahrt hat er auch einen Baum zerquetscht...
Wie Streumaterial haben wir ein Sand vor der Garage ,es würde nur reichen uns zu fragen, dass hat er aber nicht mal gemacht, trotzdem dass wir ganze Woche in Verbindung waren…
Der geschilderte Kinderunfall haben wir nicht gesehen - es ist eine Lüge!
Es stimmt auch nicht, dass die Heizung die ganze Zeit 24/7 an volle Touren läuft, die Gäste haben einen Raumthermostat zur Verfügung -das wurde bei der Hausübergabe gezeigt, mit dem kann man die Temperatur einfach regeln, aber auch die Radiatoren haben eigene Regelung. Ich empfehle nur, dass in Poolraum sollten die Radiatoren nicht gedrosselt werden, weil dann schaltet sich automatisch öfter die Poolheizung ein, was natürlich teuerer ist.
Bei der Abreise hat mir Herr Wegert angeboten, falls ich ihm die verbrauchten Energiekosten berechne, wird er mir eine negative Bewertung schreiben. Das habe ich abgelehnt und so folgte diese Bewertung...
Falls mich auf dieser Art und Weise Herr Wegert bewerten kann, dann erlaube ich mich auch ihn zu bewerten... Dem Herrn Wegert würde ich nie mal einen Stern erteilen und warne hiermit alle Gastgeber von diesem hinterhältigem Gast...
