Large house with a great pool on the ground floor.

We were 6 people and a dog staying at the house for a week in April 2024.
The ground floor, after the entrance area, has a large pool room with a sauna, shower, and toilet. The room is always heated to 31 degrees and the pool to 29 degrees. Various rattan loungers are available. Different lighting options, including in the pool, can be set. Tiled with natural stone. High-quality wooden windows, and the terrace door leads to outdoor seating. The pool can be covered electrically for energy-saving purposes. Everything is super clean and very inviting. This room alone is worth the trip.
From the 1st floor, accessible via the wooden staircase, the main part of the house starts. A large kitchen-living room with a fireplace in the living room, where Santa Claus could comfortably fit through. Due to the old wooden furniture, everything looks quite rustic, which adds a certain charm. A large bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as 3 bedrooms, are also on this 1st floor. Opaque curtains ensure darkness at the many windows. Very good quality and cleanliness.
On the 2nd floor, again through the staircase, there is a separate apartment with a living-kitchen, living room with a billiard table, couch, and TV (tuned to German channels). A large bathroom again with a tub and a bedroom. In the 2nd floor, the stove is electric and on the 1st floor, it's gas. The WiFi also works great, and the speed is completely okay. Vodafone.cz worked well for connectivity on the go. Overall, a highly recommended house. A small shop with bread and essentials is within walking distance. Otherwise, supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away. It is recommended to exchange crowns with the landlord and return the rest; do not try to pay with Euros.

Simply great!

We (a large family plus two dogs) stayed at the mountain pool house for vacation. Communication with Mr. Lepic before arrival was extremely uncomplicated. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was explained and shown to us. The stay was more than relaxed and highly recommended. The cleanliness was perfect, including the option to order clean towels and bed linen for a small fee. The stay is definitely recommended! :-)

Perfect holiday home for a family holiday

We have been guests in this beautiful holiday home several times now. Both in summer and winter, the location is perfect for activities.

You can ski to the slopes in 5 minutes and in summer you can start great hikes directly from the house.
From booking to the end of the holiday, the contact with the landlord is always great. The house itself lacks nothing. The large kitchen and the living room invite you to a cosy get-together. The many bedrooms also offer a place to retreat. In summer, you can barbecue on the terrace and have plenty of space. The pool room with sauna is a highlight for the whole family. The pool liner has just been renewed so that it now looks even more elegant and cosy. Thanks to its own double garage, a secure parking space is also provided.

Gefährliche Angelegenheit im Winter

Ein Haus, das mit Pool und Sauna nicht wirklich als Luxushaus bezeichnet werden kann. Die Heizung darf nicht abgeschalten werden und läuft 24/7 auf Hochtouren. Dies führt zu einer extremen Nachzahlung der Nebenkosten bei der Abrechnung. Bei Schnee und Regen wird im Haus kein Streusalz zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass man sich auf Lebensgefahr begeben muss, um aus dem Haus bzw. öffentliche Straße zu kommen. Auf den Hinweis hat der Eigentümer keine Einsicht zeigen wollen, es wäre kein privater sondern ein öffentlicher Weg. Doch eine andere Möglichkeit/Gehweg ist nicht auffindbar gewesen. Es sei denn ein Hubschrauber ist unmittelbarer Nähe. 

Sollte man also im Winter das Haus mieten, dann bitte vorher mit dem Eigentümer dies abklären. Es muss Streusalz vorhanden sein. Es war unmöglich ohne hinzufallen das Haus zu verlassen. Kopfschmerzen sowie blaue Flecken mussten von uns in Kauf genommen werden. By the way, bei der Übergabe hat sich am Schluss  ein 5-jähriges Kind vor den Augen des Eigentümers auf dem Eis verletzt bzw. ist hingefallen. Nicht mal das hat gereicht um uns entgegenzukommen.  

Ein weiterer Hinweis, die weibliche Begleitung des Eigentümers ist mehr als unfreundlich gewesen. Bei der Übergabe (Abreise) des Hauses wurden die Gäste nicht mal begrüßt.

Great house in a beautiful location

We were there for 6 days. The house is very big, it is clean, has a big pool and is comfortably furnished. The only point of criticism is that it is quite noisy, which can lead to tension if someone wants to sleep before the others.

Apart from that, I can only recommend it.

Holiday in a luxury house

We had a week of holiday of the finest about the house there is nothing negative to report everything was to fullest satisfaction. The environment is pure nature. We were a lot with the car on the road and have explored the countryside after returning we went daily in the pool which is of course the Heileit of the house also Mr. P. Levic is a very friendly contact person who answers every question with a friendly face. We have decided to make another holiday there.

Great house, highly recommended for families!

The house is very spacious and offers a lot of space! The area is really nice, very suitable for nature lovers. The highlight for us was the heated pool and the sauna on the ground floor. We had a great time in this house!

An absolute luxury house

The house deserves the predicate "luxury house", no wishes were left unfulfilled, the technology worked flawlessly and 3 families felt at home for 1 week. Because of the great response, we plan to rent the house again in 2021 - unfortunately, it is very unlikely that a suitable date will be available for us. The house comes highly recommended.

Super vacation

We arrived with 3 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. The welcome by Mr. Lepic and his wife was very warm. The house is simply fantastic. There are no wishes left unfulfilled on 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a saltwater pool with a sauna. On the 1st floor, there is the kitchen, the living room, and the other bedrooms with bathrooms. In the attic, there is another kitchen, a pool table, and another large bedroom with a separate bathroom. Due to its location on a hillside, the ground floor and the 1st floor are still "at ground level" with the surroundings. The view is amazing and simply indescribable. The pure nature all around, especially the (wild) flower meadow, makes you simply enjoy this environment. In quiet moments, deer also passed by the house. If desired, you can use the spacious outdoor seating areas with a grill, sun loungers, and a swing frame (for the children). There is even a campfire site. For those who also enjoy modern media: German television was easily accessible on flat screens. The WLAN offer in the house also works perfectly and is highly recommended. There are shopping and leisure opportunities in the immediate vicinity, even in summer. Other larger cities (Vrchlabi or Spindleruv Mlyn) are each about 20 minutes away. There are also great restaurants there. It is definitely recommended to take a hike to the nearby observation tower. The view over the Giant Mountains from there is breathtaking.

Dream vacation

The equipment of this house is great. For lovers of houses with indoor pools like us, simply stunning. For over 10 years we have spent our holidays in such houses. This is the best pool we have had so far. Otherwise, you can only find these houses by the sea. But in combination with the mountains, this is an ideal starting point. The low additional costs of the house, but also eating out for very little money at lunchtime is possible in the area. The information from the landlord was very helpful. The house was clean and very well maintained. We used the pool table in the house daily. Our children were also enthusiastic about it. The cable cars are still affordable here. However, be careful when exchanging money. We got the best rate when shopping at the discount store. We recommend this house to everyone who values an indoor pool and sauna. And at this price.

Super vacation home

The equipment of the holiday house was comfortable and extensive. We felt very comfortable. In the nearby area, we found everything we needed. The holiday house is recommended for families with children. The landlord couple was very friendly and accommodating. We will gladly come back.

Luxushaus mit vielen Mängeln

Wir haben mit 8 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) eine Woche im Luxushaus verbracht und nach und nach stellten sich einige Mängel heraus. Neben dem Mietpreis entstehen viele weiter Kosten (Feuerholz, Strom, Wlan) die vom Vermieter zwar angegeben sind, man sie aber nicht so richtig überblickt bei der Anmietung. Es ist blöd wenn man einen Kamin und eine Lagerfeuerstelle hat und nicht zumindest etwas Holz bereit gestellt ist. Man es kaufen muss. Wlan muss man extra bezahlen. Ich kann mir schon vorstellen dass manche Mieter die Sauna den ganzen Tag laufen ließen, wenn sie den Strom nicht extra bezahlen müssten, aber vielleicht wäre da ein Münzautomat besser. Wir mussten auf jeden Fall über 100 Euro für eine Woche an Strom bezahlen. Leider hatten wir auch das Pech, dass in der großen Küche der Herd und der Geschirrspüler nicht richtig gingen. Bei der Hausbegehung haben wir viele Anweisungen bekommen, z.B.: nicht in den Pool springen, in der Sauna Aufgussverbot - all diese Dinge schmälern den Eindruck. Zum Teil waren die Matratzen auch schon sehr durch gelegen. Es gab in der Küche nur sehr wenige Steckdosen, so dass man Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine nicht gemeinsam betreiben konnte. Die Duschköpfe hielten nicht in den Halterungen, so dass man sie immer festhalten musste. Der Pürierstab war kaputt. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, so dass wir den Pool und Billard während meine 8 Monate alte Tochter schlief, nur sehr eingeschränkt benutzen konnten, weil es einfach so laut war. Insgesamt wirkte der Wohnbereich sehr abgewohnt. Es waren einfach viele Kleinigkeiten die uns störten und die wir in einem Luxushaus nicht haben wollten. Mit diesem Titel und dem Mietpreis dafür schraubt man die Anforderungen sehr hoch und leider werden sie nicht erfüllt.
