The holiday home, renovated in 2004 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For common use are available: grill possibility and garden furniture. WiFi with lower internet speed
Location
Vrchlabí, 466 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. With 7 persons 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom / WC are closed! On the neighboring property is a large detached house with an apartment from the owner and the holiday apartment CSR RIG 392 (8 persons). The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. CZ TV as CT1, CT2, CT24 is not running.
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 6 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of July to the end of August.

Summer toboggan run 20 km away. Cycle front of the house. Good routes for inline skating.In the winter: Ski area 12 km (Herlíkovice). ski rental, ski school each 20 km in Špindlerův Mlýn. trail in Vrchlabí 5 km. Skiing area 5 km away. Spindleruv Mlyn ski resort 20 km away.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 20% per stay.

Nice landlady ... House: means plain and simple, but also reaches out completely. Environment: unfortunately everything away and you are dependent on the car .... otherwise price / performance is OK.
