Vrchlabí, 466 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. For 7 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom / WC are closed! On the neighbouring property, there is a large detached house with an apartment belonging to the owner and the holiday apartment CSR RIG 392 (8 people). Access is via a road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. CZ TV as CT1, CT2, CT24 does not work.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, diameter 6 m, 1.5 m deep).
