Description

The detached holiday home, built in 2013, is rustically furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: a sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and a campfire site. The use of the sauna is billed via the electricity bill.

Rudník u Vrchlabí, district of Janovice, 450 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located on a 1000 sq m garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Plot partially fenced, entrance area open. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 2000 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Winter access via a side road - Janovice turning opposite the Farma Rudnik turning;
Arrival in summer on a side road that turns off by the Pension Herman towards Janovice.

Central heating (wood/coal), electric heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.

Ground floor: Living kitchen (37 sqm) with seating area, TV, fireplace, stereo system, record player, CD player, video and dining area (8 seats). Kitchenette in the living kitchen with TV, electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and freezer; The coffee machine is a Nespresso KRUP – please bring capsules, a French press is also available. Anteroom (15 sqm). Corridor (4 sqm) with the possibility to place shoes and skis. Bathroom (8 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and sauna.
Attic: Bedroom (35 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed, radio, CD player and the bed is of the “airport type” and therefore smaller children can be placed on this bed. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and the bed is pushed together, therefore smaller children can be placed on this bed. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (4 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The whole wooden house was just fantastic! Especially the sauna and the provision of towels, bathrobes and bed linen was good.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The setting is relaxing in the nature that swarms with insects! The interior is very cozy and perfect for a winter break. For the summer it was only lacking a garden furniture or some loungers in the garden. Otherwise it was perfect. To recommend absolutely!
