Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2006 and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.
Location
Bublava, 700 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 900 sqm open garden plot with a lawn, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house, there is CSR EZG 110 (8 people), CSR EZG 111 (3 people), and CSR EZG 112 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved, length 150 m). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, can be heated, 3.2 m x 6.1 m, 1.3 m deep).

Kitchenette with TV, dining area (5 seats), electric cooker (2 hobs), extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The environment is a dream. In Bublava there are two restaurants, which provide a country-style and excellent service. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The people are very friendly and you can communicate almost everywhere in German language. The accommodation is very functional, unfortunately little cozy. All in all, but definitely recommendable!
