The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2006 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place.
Location
Bublava, 700 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 900 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house is CSR EZG 110 (8 persons, CSR EZG 111 (3 persons) and CSR EZG 112 (5 persons). The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas). Facilities: children's toys, cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via antenna.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 3.2 m x 6.1 m, depth 1.3 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of July to the end of August.

The environment is a dream. In Bublava there are two restaurants, which provide a country-style and excellent service. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The people are very friendly and you can communicate almost everywhere in German language. The accommodation is very functional, unfortunately little cozy. All in all, but definitely recommendable!
