The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2006 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place.

In the same house is CSR EZG 110 (8 persons), CSR EZG 111 (3 persons) and CSR EZG 112 (5 persons). The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
