The house is well maintained and is suitable for a beach holiday. The house is still the object CSR BOS 026 (for 2 people), near the rented house owner nor the object CSR BOS 002 (2x available, each for 4 people). From the plot of the river Luznice is achievable. The holiday house stands on the river Luznice and is located in a nature reserve under the Dobronice Castle in South Bohemia near the spa town of Bechyne. It is an important European place. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
