Experience a relaxing holiday in our holiday home by the lake in Sedlec-Prcice. With approx. 95 square metres of living space, our holiday home offers enough room for up to four guests. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for families or small groups.
The holiday home is equipped with all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay. The fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, coffee machine and kettle invites you to cook together. For cosy evenings, there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, books, games and a wood-burning stove. The bedrooms are cosily furnished and equipped with all the necessary bedding. A large terrace with plenty of garden furniture and deckchairs invites you to relax with a view of the water. The house is situated on the outskirts of Sedlec Prcice in a quiet location.
A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available. Please note that the holiday home is non-smoking.
Outside you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. The garden invites you to relax, while the barbecue area is perfect for sociable evenings outdoors. A terrace with comfortable garden furniture offers a marvellous view of the nearby lake. A car park is available for your vehicle.

Location and surroundings of object
Sedlec-Prčice, also known as "Czech Merano", nestled in a lovely hilly landscape, is a charming little town (approx. 3000 inhabitants) in Central Bohemia on the border with South Bohemia in the Czech Republic. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. In the village there is everything you need for daily life, supermarket, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, doctor. The region is dotted with small ponds and larger lakes, here you can go hiking or cycling. There is a new cycle path from Sedlec-Prcice to Sedlcany, the town 13 km away. On the way you can stop for a bite to eat at the Mill Inn. There is an open-air museum about 8 km away in Vysoky Chlumec.
There are many interesting towns to visit in the surrounding area, such as the Hussite town of Tabor with its interesting old town centre, town museum, Lego museum and chocolate museum. The towns of Bechyne, Trebron, Pisek, Jindichuv Hradec, or Prague, Budweis and Cesy Krumlov are well worth a visit.
There are many castles and chateaux in the surrounding area, such as Konopiste Castle near Benesov, Zvikov Castle and Orlik Castle on the Vltava, or Cesky Sternberg Castle.

Swimming in the lake is allowed, but the lake is not very deep and there are carp in ducks swimming around in it, but if that bothers you, there is a nice swimming lake about 6 km away in Jetrichovice or a nice outdoor pool in Votice. Fishing is not allowed at the lake, there are fishing possibilities about 6km from the house.
