Description
The holiday home is a semi-detached house and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the sunny location. For sole use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. Baby bed and chair on request. The internet (WIFI) only works in the garden.

Kolinec, 700 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The house is located on the edge of the village and offers a nice view from the plot in the wooded surroundings. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property. Or for 1 car in garage.

oven in every room (wood / coal). Local heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Excellent! The woman is totally friendly and caring! The apartment is huge and well maintained. There is still a large living room and a spacious bathroom. Pluses for the washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cot, high chair, wifi.
