Description
The detached holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2015, is modernly furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet location on the edge of the woods. Available for sole use are: sun umbrella, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.
Location
Beelitz, district of Fichtenwalde. The holiday home is situated on a 1250 sqm enclosed garden and woodland plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The accommodation has been inspected according to the German Tourism Association’s star criteria and rated with 4 stars. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking on the street in front of the house and at a car park in the village (distance 100 m). Loading and unloading is possible on the property and parking is available in front of the property. Parking available for a fee of 5 euros/day, payment on the day of arrival.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August, 4 m x 6 m, 1.80 m deep). Outdoor pool is available on the property for exclusive use between 10 am and 4 pm.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, covered and step-free, and leads directly into the vestibule with cloakroom and doors to all rooms. Living room (24 sq m) with 1 extra bed on double pull-out sofa, seating area, TV, radio, DVD player, CD player, video, and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table). Bedroom (11 sq m) with 3 single beds. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (8 sq m) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and without an oven. Bathroom (5 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, and window.

Us the large pool especially liked, but this can also be used at any time by the owner. We were fortunate to have him all to ourselves :-)

Even if it was only 2 particularly warm days (but for the weather, the accommodation can not do anything), the shared pool (alone) was great, the accommodation and facilities first class. An excellent rural tranquility in nature. It was super relaxing. Especially nice were the trips to the Japanese bonsai garden, the tree crown path and the Spargelhof Klaistow.
