Description
The detached holiday home, built in 1998, is rustic and functional. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Clay ovens can be used for baking and roasting, a table tennis table can be set up outside, the treehouse with water slide (also for adults) is available for children, the trampoline is shared, and the large "viewing chair" is also for everyone. The beach area in front of the pool is our large digging area for the little ones, where sand cakes can be baked or roads with small tunnels can be built. It is also worth mentioning that, along with us and you, there are 3 cats on the property. As an attraction, we offer our guests a ride in the Fläming with our "sunflower travel mobile" upon request. This was our mobile home for 1 year during our sabbatical.
Location
Trebbin, district of Schönhagen. The holiday home is located on a 1,600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home is a rammed earth house; accordingly, all rooms are equipped with the wonderful natural building material clay, matching fine clay plasters, and its brilliant properties. The accommodation is very child-friendly and not suitable for tradespeople. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property. We also offer your e-bike the “appropriate facilities” and, in general, all cars 1 carport or parking space in the yard.
Special
Oven in every room (wood/coal). The only but very large oven in the house has a heated reclining/play and seating area and is used for all rooms exclusively with wood. It is a very long-lasting heat source. Cot, high chair, iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite. TV channels only in the local language. The property does not have Wi-Fi or internet access.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (open all year round 4 m x 12 m 1.20 m deep). Our outdoor pool is a natural swimming pond with fish and frogs, surrounded by dragonflies and at dusk by bats, lined with foil and bordered with reeds as a filter. It is 1.20 to 2.00 m deep and entry is possible via a ladder, or for the brave, the shortest route is via the slide from the treehouse! :-).

Shopping 7 km, restaurant 300 m, town centre 100 m. Airport in Berlin 45 km. Cinema in Luckenwalde 20 km. Thermal baths, indoor pool, sauna each 20 km in Luckenwalde and Ludwigsfelde. Nightclub in Potsdam 35 km. Train station, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 7 km in Trebbin. Children's playground 100 m. Entry to the cycling and skating track (Fläming-Skate with a length of approx. 200 km) 20 km to Luckenwalde. Nature and wildlife park in Glau 4 km. In summer: Swimming lake at the campsite 8 km in Dobbrikow (beach 8 km in Dobbrikow with meadow and sand). Fishing in Blankensee 3.5 km. Pet Easter lambs in Schönhagen, "open farms" organisation in several places, observation tower Trebbin/Löwendorf 5 km, treetop path in Beelitz 22 km, adventure railway (land, water, rail) in Zossen 22 km.

Holiday home, 2 floors, 3 rooms (including 2 bedrooms), 65 sq m, a total of 5 beds (including 1 extra bed), optionally an additional 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot.
Room
The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is covered, and leads up 1 step directly into the eat-in kitchen. There is also another exit from the house to the fire and barbecue area with benches, or to the outdoor seating area with table and benches. You enter our property through a far-projecting roof into the living/kitchen area. 1 bedroom has a “normal” double bed and 1 bedroom has the XXL version and provides 3 to 5 sleeping places (as needed), custom-made.
Ground floor: Living room (30 sqm, walk-through room) with seating area, TV, stereo system, DVD player, CD player, dining area (6 places) and access to the terrace. Kitchenette in the living room (walk-through room) with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom (15 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on a folding bed and 1 cot. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, and this bedroom has a bed in XXL format.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, parking place, gas, water, local tax, bed linen, pool, sunloungers, hand towels (first usage).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,50 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. final cleaning 50 € per object per stay. On request: firewood 5 € per package based on usage. sauna 25 € all inclusive per hour.
Deposit: No deposit.

Little. Outdoor area natural pond was ok but too cold for us. No one can do anything about the weather.
Not enough space downstairs to write everything. No residual waste bin outside - but note in the bathroom: please put wet wipes in the residual waste. Cistern doesn't switch off because it's dirty inside - but it does after we fix it. At least 5 different types of pepper in the kitchen, but not a crumb of salt.

Very family and rustic with a special flair. Very quiet and secluded location (except airfield in Höhrweite)
Outdoor play area for children and relaxed parents robbers.
Very nice and down to earth hosts. Very eco! No W-lan conviction. Simple equipment Kitchen, bathroom and toilet

The house was very nice, unfortunately the communication regarding the bedding was not good. Holiday Home told me (after asking) that I should bring sheets, the beds were already made when we arrived.

A quiet tranquil place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and work. No traffic, the little one could play in the yard.
The warm benches and the fireplace have also contributed to relaxation.
The landlord is nearby and is available for questions and help, but is not intrusive. So pure vacation

In the mud house it was pleasantly cool in the summer heat. Will be happy to come back.
