Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1998 is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Clay baking ovens can be used for baking and roasting, a ping-pong table can be set up outside, the tree house is available for children with a water slide (also for the adults), the trampoline is shared, the large "lookout chair" is also available for everyone. The beach area in front of the pool is our big digg spot for the little ones, it can be baked sand cake or roads with small tunnels are built. It is worth mentioning that with us and you are still 3 cats on the property. As an attraction, we offer our guests on request a ride in Fläming with our "sunflower mobile home". That was our traveling home during our break for 1 year.
Location
Trebbin, district Schönhagen. The holiday home is located on a 1600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is a rammed clay house, therefore, all the rooms are equipped with the wonderful natural building material loam, the matching Lehmedelputzen and his ingenious properties. The accommodation is very child-friendly and not suitable for fitters. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property. We also offer your e-bike the "right supply" and generally all cars 1 car port or parking space in the yard.
Special
Air conditioning / heating: oven in every room (wood / coal). The only but very large stove in the house has a heated couch / play and seating area and is heated for all rooms exclusively with wood. It is a very long-lasting heat source. Facilities: cot, high chair, iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. TV channels only in local language. The property has no wireless or Internet access.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 12 m, depth 1,20 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used all year around. Our outdoor pool is a natural swimming pond with fish and frogs, buzzing with dragonflies and at dusk bats are laid out with foil and reed edged as filters. He is 1.20 to 2.00 m deep and the entrance is possible via a ladder or who is brave chooses the shortest way. on the slide from the tree house! :-)

Easter lambs caress in Schönhagen, organization "open courts" are on several places, lookout tower Trebbin / Löwendorf 5 km, treetop path in Beelitz 22 km, fun train (land, water, rail) in Zossen 22 km.

Room
The entrance in your holiday home is located on the ground floor, is covered and leads over 1 step directly in the aat-in kitchen. There is an exit from the house to the fire, barbecue area with benches or to the outdoor seating area with table and benches. You enter our property through a far-advanced roof in the living / kitchen area. 1 bedroom has a "normal" double bed and 1 bedroom has the XXL version and corresponds to 3 to 5 beds (as needed) self-made.
Ground floor: Living room (30 sqm, walk-through room) with sitting area, TV, stereo system, DVD, CD, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room (walk-through room) with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom (15 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on folding bed and 1 crib. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and This bedroom has a bed in XXL format.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, children bed, parking place, gas, water, local tax, bed linen, pool, sunloungers, hand towels (first usage).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,50 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. final cleaning 50 € per object per stay. On request: firewood 5 € per package based on usage. sauna 25 € all inclusive per hour.
