The detached holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2021, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Siófok, district of Szabadisóstó. The holiday house is situated on an enclosed garden plot and waterside property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 8 cars) on the property.
