Description
The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. The holiday home is only suitable for families (parties in the house are not allowed). Garden maintenance every day by the landlord free of charge. 4-star category.
Location
Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Trampoline (up to max. 80 kg, diameter 240 cm). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. Access via a narrow road.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite. The accommodation is equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September 8 m x 4 m 1.5 m deep).
Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, access to the terrace and 3 different coffee machines. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and hairdryer.
Mezzanine: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, window and a baby bathtub is available.
Upper floor: Living room with seating area, TV and air conditioning. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, window and towels are provided.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
