The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1997 and is furnished in the typical local style and practical manner. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, and courtyard. Swing bowling. By arrangement with the landlord, there is the opportunity to experience a rally test drive with a 15% discount. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.
Location
Siófok. The holiday apartment is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal), electric heating. Children's toys, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. TV reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and smoke detectors.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September 4 m x 8 m 1.2 m deep).

Kitchen (12 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (induction hob, 2 plates), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker: Dolce Gusto. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window. Separate WC (4 sqm) with 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet, and window.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.

shower enclosure requires a little rep. (doors go extremely difficult because the execution is defective)

All in all a nice holiday. The promenade can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the stand can only be reached via the outdoor pool and therefore costs.
The object itself is very well maintained.
TV is only available in Hungarian. WLAN can not be used in the object despite 3 access points. only outdoors. The owner family is constantly in the background which is a bit annoying in the long run
