The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 1997 and is modern furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and court. Swing, bowling. After consultation with the landlord, there is the opportunity to experience a rally test test drive with 15% discount. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

Siófok, 150 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartment BAL SIO 400 (6 people) and BAL SIO 401 (6 people) are in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
