The holiday apartment is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sun umbrella, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, and campfire site. Pedal boat.

Siófok. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord only occasionally lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday apartments BAL SIO 370 (4 people) and BAL SIO 371 (4 people) are located in the same building. Access to the attic is via a steep spiral staircase. When booking for 4 people, the attic (2 bedrooms and WC) is not made available. The private jetty is particularly convenient and suitable for anglers in the off-season. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
