Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 4200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Wine, wheat and garden pond. The house has a huge plot of land with flowers and fruit trees. You can play football on the large lawn, there is enough space for children. The access goes via a mountain road. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 6 m, depth 1.2 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from mid of June to the beginning of September.

Cooking nook with dining area, gas stove (2 flames), dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (6 sqm). Living/bedroom with 2 single beds, sitting area and TV. Kitchen with dining area, access to the balcony, gas stove (2 flames), electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower and WC.

We were 6 to the small cottage. Key handover was without problems even though the landlords spoke no German or English. When handing over everything was neat to us clean. The large garden invites you to play football or like us badminton.
The equipment gives a one point deduction. Unfortunately, an oven or toaster to bake buns missing. Great cooking is conditionally possible.
