Description
The holiday home is modern and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Chute is located in the garden and at the pool also. Trampoline are also available.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. No dogs are allowed to be left alone in the house. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 9 m, depth 1,2 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 15.00/pet per day.

Shopping opportunity 100 m, restaurant 200 m, town center 3,5 km.In summer: Balaton 4 km in Siófok.

The entrance in your holiday home is located on the ground floor and leads over 2 stages and the 30 sqm terrace directly in the hallway. Access to the upper floor through separate internal staircase.
Ground floor: Living room with sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (20 sqm, garden furniture). 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Living room with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, sitting area and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette with electric stove (2 plates), fridge, microwave and coffee machine. 3 bathrooms each with shower and WC.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Welcome drink, pool, sunloungers, baby cot – please order at booking, Wireless Internet access.

Everything was great, just the mattresses on the beds are too hard. But otherwise absolutely recommendable.

The pool right outside the door. And that despite the landlady lives next door, could also be louder and could move freely.

The house was quite big, so you had the opportunity to withdraw. The kitchen was very modern. There was nothing missing. Big plus: You have a separate pantry. The pool was also outstanding.
Since the owner is on the property (in a separate house), you should follow the house rules. These are designed in-house.

We enjoyed our vacation. The accommodation was nice and clean and the landlady was nice and very helpful. The location of the accommodation is further from the water and the center, but we didn't mind that, we got there by car or by bike. There is a beautiful swimming pool at the property and the surrounding area is quiet.
