The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2016, and is furnished in the typical regional style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Siófok. The holiday flat is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday flats BALSIO 258 (4 persons) and BAL SIO 264 (6 persons) are located in the same house. The holiday flat is suitable for families. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
