The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1964, renovated in 2014 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, grill possibility, pavilion and garden furniture.

Siófok. The holiday apartement is located on a 718 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday homes BAL SIO 018 (4 people) and BAL SIO 039 (14 people) are also in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

American kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
