The detached holiday home, built in 1964 and renovated in 2019, is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture. Sports opportunities in the garden.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 718 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and dryer. Television reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to the end of September, diameter 3.6 m, 1.2 m deep).

Basement: Dining room with dining area (14 seats). Kitchen with gas hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed on a sofa bed. Bathroom with bath with shower attachment, 1 washbasin, WC and window. 2 separate WCs each with WC.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
