The holiday room is located in an apartment house, built in 2001, renovated in 2011 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water.
For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place. Swing bowling. Garden pond with golden fish. The landlord organizes fishing program or hunting program by arrangement on request. Sauna use after arrangement with the landlord.

Siófok. The holiday room is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
