Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1979, was renovated in 2016, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Siófok. The holiday apartment is located on a 764 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

Living room (9 sq m) with access to the terrace. Bedroom (12 sq m) with 2 single beds and 1 cot. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen (10 sq m) with TV, dining nook (4 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with 1 washbasin and WC.
