The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of its sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture. The owner BAL LEL 163 is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and lives in a separate apartment.

Balatonlelle. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Upper floor apartment, simply and functionally furnished, no balcony. Parking in the garden, barbecue area for shared use with the guests on the ground floor. next to the main road, near the town centre, large grassy forest garden behind the house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Kitchen with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, capsule machine, and toaster. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet. Separate WC with toilet.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.

The rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfortable. There’s a lovely, large bathroom. There’s a separate, small toilet.
