The standig individually holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2018 is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

Hévíz, 200 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 720 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Private accommodation Well-kept garden with exotic plants and flowers. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the garage, the carport. Garage on request. Parking in a closed yard.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Ventilator. Központi fűtés radiátorral, szabályozható. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite. There is no broadcast in Hungarian.

Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and 2 extra beds on couch/sofa (only suitable for children). Kitchen (6 sqm) with dining area (2 seats), electric stove (2 plates), fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dryer. Bathroom (8 sqm) with dryer, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
