Hévíz, 160 m a.s.l. The holiday apartment is located on a 720 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Exotic plants. Access is via a side road (paved, length 30 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in garage, carport, and on the property. Parking in a closed courtyard.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas), underfloor heating. In summer: fan and air conditioning. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and tumble dryer. TV reception via satellite. There are no broadcasts in Hungarian. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, and first aid kit.

Kitchen (6 sqm) with dining area (2 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (6 sqm) with clothes dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
