The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1994, renovated in 2018 and is modern furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Hévíz, 160 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 720 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Exotic plants The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchen (6 sqm) with dining area (2 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (6 sqm) with dryer, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
