This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hammock swing and courtyard.

Hévíz, 200 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on a 720 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Private accommodation. Exotic plants and flowers, well-kept and maintained garden. It is located 400 m from the town centre. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking in garage, carport.

Central heating (gas). Adjustable radiator heating. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and tumble dryer. TV reception via satellite. There is no broadcast in Hungarian. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector, smoke detector and first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection.
