Description
The holiday home built in 2011 is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use are: lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.
Location
Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on an 850 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Small dog is allowed. The landlord also has a friendly dog. OTP Szép Card possible. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in carport and on the property.

The town of Gyenesdias is located directly on Lake Balaton, on foot you can reach the lake from the object in five minutes.
The infrastructure in the place is excellent, the selection of shops overwhelming, even in Germany one must look long to find these offers in a spot. Everything is within walking distance and much cheaper than in Germany.
