The holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2018 is a semi-detached house and modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and court. The landlord is happy to offer the customer a sailing tour on Lake Balaton for a fee, at least 2 hours, maximum 11 people.

Balatonfűzfő, 100 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Seepanorama The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 1500 m).
