The holiday home, renovated in 2019 is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. Children's slide.

Balatonfűzfő. The holiday home is located on a 1300 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Outdoor pool (3 m x 5 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used all year around. Heated pool has sliding roof, roman steps, lighting at night. There is swimming at night.

House very nice and clean, perfect pool. Owners not know the language and were not very nice and are on site. The city is the poorer and more beautiful parts of Hungary to be by car.

Great pool, nice, if also restrained landlords, but they took care of everything. We had a really nice holiday and the children had enough space to play, rage and bathe. I can only recommend!

Decent accommodation elevates indoor pool with water around 30 degrees. The bedrooms upstairs are air conditioning (nearly 30 euros for using it seemed to us very much). Nicely equipped small kitchen, a living room equipped with satellite TV and the house is in the range of WiFi. The landlord lives in the outbuilding adjacent to the house. Agreeing was international and after the rental period without problems. It is a gazebo with a football under. , Fireplace and grill. Three cars are parked on the property, but there was only one key to the house and entrance gates. Overall, we were satisfied.

The restaurant supply and purchasing possibility in the immediate environment is a bit weak, but the free time offered sufficient (summer toboggan run with rock climbing, outdoor pool). And inexpensive the owners are very friendly, but speak no German and only minimal English, otherwise it was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and this object is to recommend it to fall further.
