The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1995 and is rustically furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and a campfire site.
Location
Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 3800 sqm large, enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair and iron. Television reception is via cable.
Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, diameter 4 m, 1.5 m deep).
Leisure

Dogs
allowed, EUR 20.00/pet per day.

Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 1500 m. In summer: Lake Balaton 1000 m in Fonyód.

Kitchen with dining area (12 seats), gas stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, bidet and window. Separate WC with toilet and window.
