The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1995 and is rustic furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 3800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.
Special
air conditioner. Facilities: cot, high chair and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire.
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 4 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the beginning of October.
Leisure
table tennis and billiards.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 20.00/pet per day.

Shopping opportunity 1000 m, restaurant 300 m, town center 1500 m.In summer: Lake Balaton with beach 1000 m in Fonyód.

Kitchen with dining area (12 seats), gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 sink, WC, bidet and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 sink, bidet and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.

The house was very clean, owners friendly and easy going despite the language barrier. The town itself has a great infrastructure for family recreation.
