Fonyód. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. BALFON125 is located in the same house. BALFON103 is located on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, gas heater in every room. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception is via cable. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
