The detached holiday home, renovated in 2017, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a lively environment, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a porch swing. It is possible to charge an electric car with three-phase power 16A Type 2. It is also suitable for a Renault Zoe. It confirms the possibility of renting windsurfing equipment.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 10 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC with toilet and window.

House: Great location, just 20 meters from Lake Balaton.
Cleanliness: The house is clean and well maintained.
Restaurant: A restaurant in the immediate vicinity is not a problem.
Facilities: There is a nice outdoor kitchen with a grill, which we did not use, however.
Use: Loungers and the garden are for your sole use.

The location, the living room

The location is great, facilities pretty good too. But what bothers me, every Sunday comes the owner (?) With his daughters in the property with his car because of the boat or so and remains partly until the evening. So do not worry, but just bother

It's all as described. Unfortunately, we had to indicate a point in the cleanliness. In the coffee machine was still a filter from before vor Gänger. Was not a big problem. Everything else in really good condition. Was a nice holiday. Thank you.
