The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue possibility, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord only occasionally lives in a separate building on the property. This quiet guesthouse is located near Lake Balaton, just a 5-minute walk from the first small street next to the main road. Although the train station and main road are a 5-10 minute walk away, traffic noise in this area is distant. Parking on the property. Air conditioning Wi-Fi availability!. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking space on the property. The holiday property is located in a cul-de-sac.

Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony.
